Established in 1982, Zema Estate is a family winery deservedly takes great pride in their achievements and their original philosophies – Estate grown, hand pruned, minimally irrigated, hand crafted, attention to detail – consistently produced exceptional wines. This a benchmark Coonawarra Cabernet, fermentation under controlled temperatures, and matured 14 months French hogsheads.

There’s a tiny amount of strut to this wine. It’s a good thing. It tastes of blackcurrant, ground coffee, mint and fresh herbs, and while it’s generally elegant it powers confidently through the finish.95 points
