葡萄栽培 Viticulture:
Stansborough Vineyard. The site is around 260m above sea level with a northerly aspect. Soil consists of deep red clay with bands of ironstone and quartz. Aglianico and Montepulciano and Shiraz are widely planted.
The southern end of the valley is recognized as the “cooler” end of the valley, with slightly lower temperatures and longer ripening periods to develop flavours.
