葡萄栽培 Viticulture:
Stansborough Vineyard. The site is around 260m above sea level with a northerly aspect. Soil consists of deep red clay with bands of ironstone and quartz.

– A delightful, deep, vibrant purple hue and enticing depth of black cherry, satsuma plum, blackberry and fresh licorice straps define shiraz.
– Fine-grained tannins, high-cocoa dark chocolate French oak and nicely poised acidity all assume their rightful positions.
– It will age for the medium term, if you can possibly keep your hands off!
