品酒筆記 Tasting Note:
– 在美國橡木桶中- 陳釀 12 個月（25% 新桶）
– 可樂、碎可可、與杜松、鼠尾草/迷迭香香料相結合。
– 一絲紅糖和甘草的味道, 白蘭地的印象, 血橙皮（脫水/蜜餞）。

– Aged for 12 months in American oak barrels (25% new)
– Cola, crushed cocoa, combined with juniper, sage/rosemary spices.
– Hints of brown sugar and licorice, impression of brandy, blood orange peel (dehydrated/candied).
Scents of oak, cedar, pencil shavings and graphite mature further in the bottle.
– Licorice, stewed plums and black fruit, lurking dark chocolate and mocha. Mouthwatering. Balanced acidity with complexity and tannins
– Intense, a strong Bin 389 “sweet” core; oak fully absorbed. Polished and refined.
