Today vines are tended according to the strict guidelines of Biodynamic Agriculture, absolutely no artificial wine-making additive is their trademark. The grapes for this flagship Tempranillo are sourced from a 80 years old single vineyard. The fermentation process is very gentle without intensive extraction, matured in 100% new French oak 36 months helping to preserve the nose and the purity of the fruit.
