Barossa Valley

Grape
Cabernet Sauvginon

Tasting Notes
Dense, ripe and plush, with savory sage and cilantro grace notes adding interest to the ripe cherry and prune flavors, picking up sweet spice character as the finish sails on smoothly. Tannins are present, but well-submerged, and this persists impressively. Cabernet Sauvignon. Best from 2010 through 2020. 75 cases imported.

Lusciously rich and thick, very ripe blackcurrant confit topped with creamy oak and a drizzle of chocolate/mocha; a carefully engineered style. High-quality
