Tasting Notes
Colour: Intense red with purple hues
Bouquet: Fresh, complex cassis and mint fruit flavours with some well
integrated vanillin oak.
Palate: Full bodied with dense ripe cassis fruit flavours balanced with
vanillin oak but yet long and smooth.

Vibrant colour; a strong minty bouquet, with cassis playing a supporting role; quite juicy and certainly vibrant, the tannins are a little aggressive at this stage.
