Tasting Notes

Employing wild yeast ferments in French oak, the 2008 vintage is a classically elegant Chardonnay with the ability to age gracefully.

by Winemaker Andrew Pirie

Mid-gold, vivid green hue; restrained pear and almond bouquet, with a suggestion of fennel; a cool and reserved palate, tightly wound, fine and ultimately refreshing.
