Tasting Notes
The 2008 Cellar Reserve Pinot Noir was naturally fermented and aged on its lees for 9 months in 58% new French oak before bottling without fining or filtration. Dark ruby-colored, it displays an alluring bouquet of toasty oak, black cherry, and black raspberry. Medium to full-bodied and weighty on the palate, this is a savory, flavorful Pinot Noir that can be enjoyed now and over the next 6-8 years.

Deep colour, bricking; lifted and high toned bouquet, with deep dark fruit on display; the palate is loaded with sweet fruit, losing the elegance of the variety; slightly blockish, but suitable for a big red drinker in terms of style.
