自1960年生産第一批紅酒後，Pelissero就被公認為產區最佳精品酒莊之一，各款佳釀均具精湛品質，值得細味品嘗。酒莊共擁果園38公頃，致力培植最適合當地風土的原生品種作釀酒用途。產自新果園的一款年輕內比奧羅紅酒，不銹鋼桶恆溫浸泡發酵，再經9個月橡木桶陳釀及2個月瓶内演化，得到良好結構及均衡品質。
The first bottles of wine dated back to 1960, Pelissero is without question one of the top-tier estates in the region. Every wine is solid and well worth seeking out. The winery focused only on original varietals that are typical of their land, all the grapes are come from the 38 hectares that they own. A young Nebbiolo produced from new planted vineyards with characteristics of freshness. Temperature controlled maceration, followed by 9 months maturation in oak barrels and 2 months in the bottle.
