DO – Rias Baixas
Grape – Albarino

Tasting Notes
Pazo de Senorans, one of the leading producers of Albarino, is very consistent from year to year regardless of vintage conditions. The 2011 Albarino (100% Albarino aged 4 months in stainless steel) reveals notes of honeysuckle, white peach, apricot and white currants in its medium-bodied, elegant, aromatic, fresh personality. This beauty should drink nicely for several years.

COLOUR
Pale yellow in colour with greenish reflections.

NOSE
Medium-high intensity on the nose

PALATE
Predominant primary aromas and Golden Delicious apple highlights backed up with plenty of citric notes. Immaculate palate from start to finish: firm, well-tooled, flamboyant and well-structured, with a full and clean finish.
