自1970年代起,Maior de Mendoza已成爲釀造最佳阿爾巴利諾白酒的指標性酒莊。現今代理遍佈15個主要國家,產品多次贏得各國重要酒評大賽的獎牌,產區明星酒莊。精選樹齡35年的老樹葡萄釀造該款白酒,經21日低溫發酵保留最天然清爽果味,部分經乳酸發酵及隨後3個月的酒泥陳釀蘊藏,得到更細緻、具深度的品質。

Founded in 1970s, today Maior de Mendoza is presented in 15 countries and receives awards in the most prestigious wine competitions worldwide. It is one of the references of the Rias Baixas. Grapes are harvested from the vines over 35 years old. Fermentation took place over 21 days at a controlled temperature (16°C-18°C). Partial malolactic fermentation applied aiming at all times to reach required balance. Maturing on fine lees was carried out for a minimum of three months.
