Appearance: Deep red cherry colour with flashes of purple.
Nose: Notes of patisserie, touches of raspberry, lactic nuances and red liquorice. Hints of balsamic and a little violet
Flavour: meaty and warm, fine tannins with fruity bottom note.
Pairing: Dishes with vegetables, dried fruit, roast vegetables, game (duck, rabbit), light stews or casseroles, rice dishes; semi-cured cheeses, as desert, with quince.
