Kies family have been growing grapes in the region for seven generations. Kies Wines are produced entirely from their own vineyard and each variety is carefully tended to, right through the winemaking process.

– Matured for 16 months in 1/3 new French oak barrels.
– The Merlot is different from many, with rich fruit, slightly jammy, and exhibiting black currant and raspberry characters.
– The tannins are firm but balanced to perfection with the fruit and acids.
