Tasting Notes

The 2008 Jaspi is a blend of Garnacha, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carinena, and Tempranillo. Deep crimson-colored, it offers up an enticing nose of Asian spices, earth notes, mineral, espresso, and black cherry. Forward and easy-going on the palate, it has enough structure to evolve for 1-2 years but can be enjoyed now through 2018. It is an excellent value.
