Tasting Notes
Tremendously seductive, this is a towering masterpiece of gorgeous flavors, supple texture and pinpoint balance. Offers a superstructure of plum, blackberry, green olive, exotic spice, tobacco and molasses flavors that swirl around a refined structure, wrapping a light veil of tannins over it all. The finish lasts and lasts. Shiraz. Drink now through 2020. 25 cases imported

Charmingly ripe, with a heady, lightly peppery bouquet of blueberries, cranberries, cassis and blackberries coupled with cedar/vanilla oak, it’s backed by nuances of dark chocolate and a suggestion of raisins. Smooth and polished, its luscious presence of plush dark fruits and vanilla/coconut oak eases into a velvet-like undercarriage of pliant tannin. It finishes just a little angular, with a lingering raisined note, and just needs to be zipped up tight again.

Has a fragrant and expressive bouquet of plum and blackberry fruit with a strong spicy overlay, oak evident but not aggressive; the velvety, supple palate is laden with perfectly ripened black fruits and soft tannins in gentle support; has the hallmark seductive style of Hill of Grace. Shiraz.
