Tasting Notes

Deep rich coloured wine. It displays intense dark fruits aromas and
spicy plums. This Merlot shows tremendous concentration and generous
fruit on the palate with fine but well structured tannins to embrace it
all.

The 2009 The Glass Collection Merlot was cropped at 48 hectoliter per
hectare and matured in French oak for 12 months. It has a ripe
blackberry and dark chocolate-tinged nose with good definition, the
medium-bodied palate toasty and ripe on the entry with grainy tannins
and a satisfying mocha-tinged finish. Drink now-2015.

This gives a direct blast of roasted vanilla and dark cherry fruit. Drink now. 1,000 cases made.
