Domaine Pavelot is one of the best domaines and the benchmark in the region for several generations. Today Hugues has joined his father Jean-Marc to make a formidable team. The property covers 13 hectares, Pinot Black for red and Chardonnay for white grape varieties are exclusive to their Bourgogne wines. This wine is matured 12 months in oak barrel, fruits are sourced from two plots with very different characters, which gives balance, complex aromas and roundness to the wine.
