AOC – Margaux
Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel
Grape
35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Merlot, 15% Petit Verdot
Tasting Notes
A beautifully rounded and delicately spiced wine. Alluring and very Margaux. A classic year where the fruit expresses itself perfectly and the spiciness of petit verdot charm one and all.

This deep ruby/purple-hued sleeper of the vintage reveals aromas of camphor, black currants, licorice, and dried herbs. Concentrated, with moderate tannin as well as sweet, pure fruit, it should age nicely for 10-15+ years.

Very pretty blackberry, raspberry and light licorice aromas and flavors. Medium- to full-bodied, with chewy tannins and a long finish. Best after 2009.
