Tasting Notes
The medium-bodied, tasty, flavorful St. Julien possesses soft, briery, berry fruit intermixed with herbs, earth, and spice box, which are moderately intense. The wine is low in acidity, with sweet tannin, and fleshy fruit. It should be drunk during its first 10-12 years of life.(Wine Advocate #140 Apr 2002)
