Made in a pretty, elegant, fruity, dark ruby-hued style, the 2002 offers notes of allspice, plums, and resin, followed by attractive medium-bodied black cherry and currant flavors. Not a big wine, it is a well-balanced, elegant claret for enjoying over the next 7-8 years.(Wine Advocate #158 Apr 2005)
