Tasting Notes
The good news is that this is an elegant, friendly wine. The bad news is that there is not much to it, and the finish is short and compressed. The wine reveals toasty new oak, moderately ripe cherry fruit, and sweet tannin, but there is little concentration or mid-palate in this good, middle-weight Bordeaux. Consume it over the next 7-8 years.(Wine Advocate #128 Apr 2000)
