Tasting Notes
A delicious wine, this 1997 reveals plenty of herb, cedary, black currant fruit, medium body, fine concentration and stuffing, low acidity, and a soft, attractive, velvety-textured finish. Neither dense nor long-lived, it is an ideal selection for restaurants as well as consumers looking for a wine to drink over the next 5-7 years.(Wine Advocate #128 Apr 2000)
