The 15th century Chateau de Corcelles is an exceptional site in the heart of the Beaujolais vineyards, listed as a Historical Monument since 1927. It has 92 hectares of vines, produces Beaujolais-Villages and Brouilly in its signature bottle. Traditional technique and fermentation begins inside the grapes themselves in order to capture all the flavour of the fruit. Kept in stainless steel vats; slow fermentation with low temperatures gives delicate fruitiness.
