Tasting Notes
Although somewhat lean and austere, the 2002 offers attractive ripe cherry and black currant fruit intermixed with notions of damp earth, spice box, and new wood. It is a pleasing, but restrained, angular Haut-Medoc to consume over the next 7-8 years.(Wine Advocate #158 Apr 2005)
