Founded in 1987, Castellroig produces some of the best Cava in Spain, well recongnised by world critics and magazines. Castellroig Cava is identified as unique creations of limited production.Very old Xarel·lo vines, 30% of the base wine fermented in chestnut barrels and aged for 3-4 months, second fermentation aging for 50 months with its lees.
