創立自1987年,Castellroig釀造現今西班牙首屈一指的優質氣泡酒,廣受世界權威雜誌及酒評人讚賞。全部酒款均以堅持限定釀造保持最佳水準而聞名,三款釀酒葡萄經分隔發酵後再作嚴格篩選混兌及傳統釀造法,12個月木桶蘊藏期及清新口感是這款入門級氣泡酒的特性。

Founded in 1987, Castellroig produces some of the best Cava in Spain, well recongnised by world critics and magazines. Castellroig Cava is identified as unique creations of limited production. Base wines of each three traditional varieties are vinified separately. Thorough tasting and selection for their blending is carried out to undergo the traditional cava method. Freshness and an ageing period minimum of 12 months characterises this cava.
