精品酒莊Arrayán 創立自1999年，位於門特里達產區，距首都馬德里僅70公里，產區酒莊因長年供應優質佳釀予皇室貴族而聞名國内外。該酒莊佔地26公頃，以西拉、梅洛、赤霞珠、小維鐸釀造出各款新派名酒，長期得到權威高分好評。頂級西拉紅酒，果實經48小時低溫浸泡及20天不銹鋼桶乳酸恆溫發酵，得以保留最天然清新果味；隨後12個月法國木桶陳釀及12個月瓶内演化，以達至更均衡且具深度的品質。
Bodegas Arrayán was established in 1999, which is located in Méntrida region, just 70 km south of Madrid. The region is famed for supplying premium wines to the old and new capitals of the Kingdom for lon time. With 26 hectares of Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot, the results are new styled wines with top ratings from the old region. Cold macerated for 2 days before fermentation, which takes place at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks, lasting for around 20 days. Malolactic fermentation in tanks. Ageing 12 months in French oak casks; 12 months in the bottle.
