Vinification: Founded in 2004, Le Vigne di Alice is a premium Prosecco producer and has become a rising star in just a few years. A single vineyard sparkling wine, static settling of juice, fermentation at 18°-20°C, remains on the lees for a period from 60 to 75 days. Pressurization in steel tank, charmat method. Refermentation for around 60 days at 18°-20°C.
品酒笔记： 意大利气泡酒最高级别，酒庄单一葡萄园佳作；清澈悦目，气泡绵密持久；释放清爽且细致的青苹果、面包等浓郁香气，节庆派对必饮之选。
Tasting Notes: Really nice, fresh, sherbetty fruit. Light, long. Cool restraint on the nose, soft with floral tones and apple. Smooth palate, creamy but quite neutral, typicity toasty characters.
