釀造工藝 Vinification:
自1970年代起，Maior de Mendoza已成爲釀造最佳阿爾巴利諾白酒的指標性酒莊。現今代理遍佈15個主要國家，產品多次贏得各國重要酒評大賽的獎牌,產區明星酒莊。酒莊頂級佳作，該款白酒經21日低溫發酵保留最天然清爽果味；9個月酒泥陳釀後再進行5個月不銹鋼桶蘊藏及最後5個月瓶内陳年，得到最細緻豐富的層次及深度。
Founded in 1970s, today Maior de Mendoza is presented in 15 countries and receives awards in the most prestigious wine competitions worldwide. It is one of the references of the Rias Baixas. Fermentation took place over 21 days at a controlled temperature (17°C). Matured on fine lees for 9 months, further ageing for 5 months in stainless steel tank and 5 more months bottle ageing before release.
