Tasting Notes
Colour density is medium with a bright hue. The aroma displays cherry and chocolate with a touch of kirsch while the oak is not apparent. The palate is linear and tight with fine acidity. Oak balances some sweet, dark chocolate, plum and cherry flavours which open strongly after a while in glass indicating good cellaring potential: 5-8 years.

Bright, clear colour and hue; firm, finely focused and structured plum and black cherry are dominant on a long palate and finish. Will develop.

The dark ruby-colored 2007 Pinot Noir Estate offers a lovely perfume of sandalwood, incense, rose petal, spice box, cherry, and raspberry. Structured and a bit tight at present, it should blossom with 2-3 years of additional cellaring. If it evolves as I think it will, my score will look conservative.
