Tasting Notes
Shy and reserved – slowly unfolding its delicate, nougat-like, floral and waxy bouquet of nectarine, peach, pear and ginger, plus its more pungent mineral, buttery, creamy and lanolin notes. It’s smooth and very elegant, creamy and moderately viscous, with some toasty, honeyed development beneath its more forward presence of grapefruit and melon. Supported by a fine chalkiness, it steadily builds its intensity towards the finish, but does so with freshness, brightness and lingering savoury qualities.

Bright green-yellow; absolutely in the mainstream of Mount Mary style, the French oak seamlessly moulded with the melon and nectarine fruit that flows through to the finish and aftertaste.
