釀造工藝 Vinification:
維歐尼與西拉子共同發酵； 歌海娜和馬塔羅分別發酵。 在混合和裝瓶之前，在99%法國橡木桶和 1% 美國橡木桶（5% 為新桶），存放10個月。
Viognier co-fermented with shiraz; grenache and mataro fermented separately. Matured in 99% 99% French and 1% American oak hogsheads (5% new) for a period of 10 months.
品酒筆記 Tasting Notes:

– Very deep dark red black colour with a vibrant red purple hue.
– Ripe dark plum, liquorice and blueberry aromas, some vanillin cedar, subtle incense and dried herb notes
– Juicy dark plum, blueberry and liquorice fruits bounce across the mid weighted palate with plenty of energy.
– Infusions of incense, spicy vanillin cedar and dried herb characters lie underneath.
– Good flesh with fine grained tannins and a gently spiced mid length conclusion..
