Founded in 1933, Cantina Valpolicella Negrar was the first to specialize in the production of Amarone. Over the years, their wines are a fine balance between price and quality. A bold, seriously made and benchmark Amarone from the winery, grapes took 4 months to dry out for intense concentration, matured in oak for 18 months before bottling.
