Tasting Notes
Somewhat chunky, with robust tannins, this dark garnet-colored wine has hints of licorice, black currants, compost, and sweet mushrooms. The wine is moderately tannic and medium-bodied in a restrained, rather elegant style. Anticipated maturity: 2006-2014. Last tasted, 3/02.(Bordeaux Book, 4th Edition Jan 2003)
