Cantina Valpolicella Negrar創立自1933年,是釀造精品Amorone紅酒的著名酒莊,始終堅持以傳統釀酒方式提煉最優質佳釀,售價卻非常相宜。該款Ripasso紅酒用上釀造完Amarone的酒渣進行第二次發酵,以純天然方法增加口感濃郁度及複雜度,公認為體驗傳統Amarone風味的入門之選。
Founded in 1933, Cantina Valpolicella Negrar was the first to specialise in the production of Amarone. Over the years, their wines are a fine balance between price and quality. This red has went through a second fermentation with Amarone skins to add more flavors and complexity, an entry level wine to experience true taste of traditional Amarone.
