Beato Bartolomeo由當地果農及釀酒師於1950年創立,目前是當地最大的合作社酒莊,會員超過700人,配備最先進的釀造設備技術,出品酒款公認為產區指標佳釀。這款日常白酒以輕壓技術保留最優質果肉汁液,不銹鋼桶恆溫監控發酵,再經2個月酒渣陳釀。
A cooperative winery founded in 1950, now equipped with the most up-to-date winemaking equipment with about 700 members. Beato Bartolomeo has been focusing on improving every aspect of the production chain to set a benchmark quality for the region. A daily white made from soft pressing to extract the top-grade must only, fermentation in heat-conditioned stainless steel tanks, maturation in stainless steel tanks with 2 months spent on the lees.
