自2006年起酒莊已全面使用衛星科技,令葡萄園管理及土壤品質檢測有驚人進步。15個月法國木桶蘊藏期,加上釀酒團隊的精湛技術包括定期轉桶及格渣等工序,以保持酒質的均衡感。

The structuring of the vineyards has undergone remarkable improvements since 2006 with the use of satellite technology combined with surveys on soil quality. The winemaker’s skilled craft involves regular racking and fining for harmonisation before the wines are bottled at the château and aged.

A successful effort in 2011 with consistent quality; 15 months in oak; beautiful creme de cassis notes, a generous, concentrated, medium-bodied style and supple tannins.

This is a very dense Lynch Bages with firm, generous tannins which have been very well handled. Flavours are polished and layered with a fairly long finish. Flavours of blackberries, plums and fresh Chinese red dates mingle here. This wine will require several years for the tannnins to soften but it shows good aging potential. 90 points.
