Tasting Notes
Arlewood Cabernet Sauvignon is dense and concentrated. Don?ˉt hesitate
to breathe this wine; it opens up beautifully with air, revealing dark
fruits, mocha and chocolate, classy oak and delicious soy/savoury
flavours with an intriguing mineral depth. It?ˉs also elegant and
restrained, very long and savoury on the palate. It?ˉs pretty much the
style we are hunting. It closes with trademark silky texture and nice
acid structure.Drink now or cellar for up to 2030.
