Tasting Notes
Red ruby colour. Nose is clean appearing balsamic notes and memories of hardwoods.The entry on the palate is smooth and velvety mouth and passage with volume where appear notes of red fruit (raspberry, cherry…).It has a pleasant ending where recur balsamic memories.We advise you to taste to 18’c.

The 2007 Crianza spent 14 months in French oak. It displays an attractive nose of violets, tobacco, cedar, and black cherry. This leads to a smooth-textured, spicy, savory offering with good depth and grip. This balanced effort will evolve for another 1-2 years but can be enjoyed now through 2017.
