The 2009 Roero Arneis Trinita is simply beautiful. Smoke, wet stones, as and white stone fruits are some of the notes that emerge from this flinty, mineral-driven Arneis. The wine turns a touch more generous with air, but remains taut, vibrant and beautifully focused through to the finish. In this vintage the Trinita reveals more freshness than the Renesio, despite having seen a brief spell in oak. Anticipated maturity: 2010-2012. This is a beautiful set of new releases from Malvira, one of the leading producers in Roero. – by Robert Parker

.

A rich style, almost pithy, displaying grapefruit, peach and white pepper aromas and flavors. This has good cut and presence on the palate, building to a long, tangy, mineral finish. Drink now through 2013. – by Wine Spectator
