Tasting Notes
Medium to full red-purple; a paradigm of everything Cabernet Sauvignon should be: the fragrant cassis/redcurrant fruit and perfect oak integration of the bouquet is followed by an intensely flavoured yet elegant wine on a very long palate flooded with cassis and redcurrant fruit, and crowned with fine tannins on the finish.

Simply awesome for its depth of concentrated cassis fruit and barely
hidden depth of tannin, this Schwarzenegger of a Barossa cabernet is
built not only for strength but endurance. Its ripe, heady dark fruit is
given equally assertive smoky vanilla and cedary oak, fashioned on a
keel of big, balanced, ripe extract. Needs all the time you can give it. Drink 2008-2016+
