This family winery is among the pioneers of organic farming in the region since 1960s. Today vines are tended according to the strict guidelines of Biodynamic Agriculture, absolutely no artificial wine-making additive is their trademark. The grapes for this pure Tempranillo are sourced from vineyards more than 30 to 70 years old, matured both in French oak and stainless steel tanks for 24 months helping to preserve the nose and the purity of the fruit.

One is impressed by both the precision and clarity on the nose, the vibrant effervescent red berry fruit being allowed to express itself. The palate is medium-bodied with succulent, fleshy tannins. This is a top-notch wine that should age with style. 93 points – Neal Martin
