Since its creation in 2006, Domaine Berthelemot has gained worldwide reputation with numerous merit awards and commentaries from critics. Grapes are selected and picked by hand; pneumatic press enables a quality juice to be gently extracted; stored in a temperature controlled cellar, 6 months malolactic fermentation in wooden vats before filtering and bottling.
