Tasting Notes
Colour : Deep plum red.
Nose : Exotic. Lifted floral aromas combine with dark
chocolate and cinnamon, citrus peel spices and
tobacco. The savoury background is reminiscent
of cold meats.
Palate : Distinctive, spicy Shiraz fruit typical of the
region. Ripe stone fruit flavours, assertive tannins
and leathery finish.

Medium to full red-purple; a highly scented bouquet with very ripe,
juicy berry fruit characters. The palate has more of those juicy berry
flavours together with a hint of mint. A good wine, but not great.

Crisp, aristocratic style lets its ripe berry and cherry pour over a
steely frame, shading it with leather and peppery spice nuances. The
flavors linger enticingly. Atypical, but special. 2,033 cases made.
