Tasting Notes

A pretty golden robe. An expressive and open nose with flavours of fruits and biscuit. In the mouth it has a charming creamy texture, aromatic complexity and a beautiful vinosity-freshness balance. A rich, complex and harmonious finish sensually dominated by grilled and lightly spiced notes.

Light and appley, here’s an easygoing, appealing Champagne. Lemon and chalk flavors join the apple theme and this remains bright and mouthwatering. Drink now through 2010.
