Tasting Notes
This firm, tannic hard, and austere wine displays an impressive dark ruby/purple color as well as some background underbrush and black currants, but the tannins dominate in a wine that is somewhat weedy and a strong candidate to dry out in a decade or more.(Wine Advocate #181 Feb 2009)
