Cos Labory??s weak, medium ruby color has more in common with a washed out Burgundy than Bordeaux. Hints of compost, herbs, damp earth, and soil scents are followed by a stretched, lean, austere claret to drink during its first 7-8 years of life.(Wine Advocate #153
