Tasting Notes
The 1998’s dark purple color is accompanied by classy, smoky, black currant, wet stone, and new oak aromas. Medium-bodied and elegant, with fine depth as well as a nicely-textured, moderately-tannic finish, it will be at its best between 2004-2015. (Wine Advocate #134 Apr 2001)
