Tasting Notes
The tell-tale blackberry/cassis character is well-displayed in this dark ruby/purple-colored wine. There is excellent ripe fruit, soft tannin, low acidity, and a delicious, easy-going personality. Although it will not make old bones, it is a ripe, soft, attractive, evolved Bordeaux for consuming over the next 8-9 years.(Wine Advocate #128Apr 2000)
